Napa Executive Services, LLC provides virtual and in-person executive assistant and administrative support services to clients in Napa Valley and beyond. Specific service details, availability, and fees are provided upon consultation.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

All services are scheduled by appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in fees at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept payments via electronic transfer, invoice-based payment platforms, or other agreed-upon methods.

Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to information or documents necessary for us to perform our work

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Not misuse, misrepresent, or abuse our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, branding, and written materials — is owned by Napa Executive Services, LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Client-provided content remains the property of the client.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose any private or sensitive data unless required by law or with the client’s express consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Napa Executive Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or Site.
